She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar M. See and Mildred Kies See; and her husband Dewey Kirby. She is survived by: her children, Ken Kirby of Champaign, Illinois, Ruth A. Woods of Odell and Linda L. Johnson of Mattoon, Illinois. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren; her twenty-one great-grandchildren; and her twelve great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children, Chicago, Illinois.
