We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2021, at the age of 93, Hazel Gentry of Mattoon, Illinois, born in Union, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Gentry to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Carver and Freada Carver (Carrol); and her husband Lyle Wesley Gentry. She is survived by: her children, Larry Gentry (Ann), Mary Kingery (Larry) and Cindy Abraham (Robert); and her grandchildren, Tammy Schnorf (Ted), Josh Brandenburg (Elaine), Lyle Gentry (Christy), Kim Starwalt (Eric) and Wayne Kingery (Tracy). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Garden at Palm Terrace in Mattoon.
