He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Buser and Florence Neimeyer Buser; his wife Laura Elizabeth Bryant; his sisters, Alberta Marie and Neomi Arlene Armentrout; and his niece Sharon Armentrout.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanette Dannenberg of Effingham and William A Buser of Neoga; his niece Edith Lee Johnson; his stepson Kenneth E. Ozier (Janet); and his grandchildren, Mark Ozier and Lynn Wanserski (Larry). He is also survived by five great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church of Mattoon.
