Frances Whitley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Whitley (Mattoon, Illinois), who passed away on July 7, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Miller and Irma Miller (Block); her brother Darrell Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Scott and Wanda Miller.
She is survived by: her spouse Marvin Dale Whitley Sr.; her children, Frances Daniel (Alan) of Lenapah, OK, Marvin Dale Whitley Jr. of Mattoon, IL and Nancy Dearing (Trent) of Cooks Mills, IL; and her siblings, Luana Scott and Bob Miller (Ann). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor are suggested to the First United Methodist Church, 1601 Charleston Avenue, Mattoon, IL 61938 or the Odd-Fellow Rebekah Home Harmony Center, 201 Lafayette Avenue East, Mattoon, IL 61938.
