It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evanell Moore (Mattoon, Illinois), born in Humboldt, Illinois, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Landreth and Lela Jane Landreth (Reece); her husband John Frederick Moore; and her siblings, Wayne, Willard, Clifford, Floyd, Edwin, Irene, Faye, Norma, Agnes and Audrey.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Rice (Randy) of Charleston, IL, John W. Moore (Christina) of Cooks Mills, IL, Roger L. Moore of Cooks Mills, IL and William F. Moore of Mattoon, IL; her grandchildren, Melissa Joel (Steve) of Jacksonville, FL, Lindsey Fry (Kenneth) of Decatur, IL, Mark Rice (Mariana) of Charleston, IL, Kimberly Newell (Mitch) of Charleston, IL, Brandy Price (Brian) of Lerna, IL, John A. Moore (Courtney) of Westpoint, IN, Breanna Moore of Mattoon, IL and Blaine Moore of Neoga, IL; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Lucas Rice, Kenneth, Lynnly, Konner Fry, Briar, Brayleigh, Brittley, Brooklee Price, Dylan and William Moore; and her sister Jo Anne Shoot of Mattoon, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
