He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Starwalt and Hazel Frances Starwalt (Beals); his wife Thelma Louisa Starwalt; his son Steve Starwalt; his siblings, Harold Starwalt and Eileen Croy; his grandson Jeremy William Starwalt; and his great grandchildren, Brandon William, Paisley Marie and Keely Gale.
He is survived by: his children, Karl Starwalt (Vickie) of Lerna and Gale Cook (Rod) of Hendersonville, Tennessee; and his daughter-in-law Joy Starwalt. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Good Prospect Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Trilla, Illinois.
