He was predeceased by: his father Donald R. Clark Sr.; and his sister Susan Clark. He is survived by: his mother Ann Clark (Carter); and his siblings, Bill Clark (Rita), Donald R. Clark Jr. (Annette) of Evansville, IN, Chere Adams (Steve) of Mattoon, IL and Mary Fafara (Richard) of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
