He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale A Ballinger and Polly E. Ballinger (Neathery); and his brother-in-law Gary Weber. He is survived by: his siblings, Danny Ballinger (Diane) of Neoga, Glen Ballinger (Paula) of Strasburg, David "Dub" Ballinger (Paulettte) of Strasburg, Roger Ballinger (Lisa) of Shelbyville, Keith Ballinger of Stewardson and Linda "Sis" Weber-Conlin (Mark) of Stewardson, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
