With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Owen Easton of Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on July 2, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Orville and Edna Pearl Easton (Downs); and his sister Margie Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Julie Easton; his children, Tony Easton (Patti), Laura Easton and Abbie Easton; his grandchildren, Dawson, Halli, Annaliese, Benjamin and Everly; his brother Richard Easton (Ellen); and his close friend Smedley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in his honor may be given to the Mattoon V.F.W. Post 4325.
