It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Jeffrey Creel of Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Lee Creel. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Vernelson (Creel); his children, Aaron, Brandon and Sarah; his sister Susan Samuelson (Greg); his niece Lauryn; his nephew Logan; and his brother Mike Creel.
