He is survived by: his wife Donna Tate; his daughters, Kyla Chantos, Keri Tryon (Verl) and Keli Duggins; his grandchildren, Benjamin Chantos, Ellaina Chantos, Kourtney Tryon of Veronica Tryon, A. J, Faith Duggins and Laila Hellman; his great grandchildren, Kynlee and Brantley; his nieces, Vickie Snyder, Debbie Rodebaugh and Dawn Denise Kerschner; and his nephew Billy Wayne Yutzy.
