He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Carman and Madonna Carman (King); his daughter Kelli Nicole; his sister Darla Jane Weaver; his brother-in-law Mike Leonard; and his father-in-law Jay Schindler.
He is survived by: his wife Jette Carman of Lake Mattoon, IL; his children, Tiffany Yeakel (Jason) of Arthur, IL and Drew Carman (Billee) of Neoga, IL; his granddaughters, Kaylee and Addison Yeakel of Arthur, IL; his siblings, Lonnie Carman (Daris), Larry Carman, Howard Carman (Diane), Bradley Carman (Julene), Susan Alexander (Brad) and Teresa Peterson (Craig Laker); his siblings-in-law, Jan Schindler (Kathy), Jaydene Laros (Mike) and Julie Leonard; his mother-in-law Della Mae Schindler; and his cousins, Gail and Craig Peine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to the Mattoon V.F.W. Honor Guard or the Neoga Fire and EMS Program.
