She was predeceased by: her father James David; and her in-laws, Raymond and Loretta Hoelscher. She is survived by: her mother Marjorie Ann Foltz (Bosley); her husband William "Bill" A. Hoelscher of Mattoon, IL; her children, Aaron Lauter (Jordan) of Champaign, IL, Michelle Weaver (Dylan) of Mattoon, IL and Michael Lauter (Shelby) of Mattoon, IL; her grandchildren, Hailee Lauter of Mattoon, IL and Ian Ray Weaver of Mattoon, IL; her children, Avery Hopper of Sullivan, IL, Jude Lauter of Mattoon, IL, Maddy Weaver of Mattoon, IL, Nolan Weaver of Mattoon, IL, Finn Lauter of Mattoon, IL and Parker Lauter of Mattoon, IL; and her siblings, Jimmy Foltz (Cheryl) of Whitesburg, TN, Teresa McFarland of Mattoon, IL and Katrina Todd (Shawn) of Mattoon, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home (1301 Charleston Ave, Mattoon, IL 61938). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the American Heart Association.
