It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheri Ann Pierce (Mattoon, Illinois), born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on March 27, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan D. James and Cynthia A. James (Guthrie). She is survived by: her husband Kevin Pierce of Mattoon; her sons, Blake Pierce of Mattoon, Cole Pierce of Mattoon and Derek Pierce of Mattoon; her brothers, David James of Atlanta, GA and Marc James (Karen) of Bossier City, LA; her mother-in-law Marilyn Doty; and her pet Callie Ann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the American Cancer Society.
