She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Payne and S. Elizabeth Payne (Howard); her husband Ronald Butler; and her brother-in-law Gary Mize. She is survived by: her children, Gail Dean White Jr. (Teresa) of Cowden, David A. White (Karen) of Neoga, Jodi A. Waggner (Terry) of Hutton and Keith Butler (Ashley) of Reno, Nevada; and her sisters, Phyllis Davis (Bill) of Westmoreland and Lila Mize of Crossville. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
