He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neff and Daisy Neff (Crawford). He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn June Easton; his wife June Neff; his children, Robin Gardner and Rod Neff (Jill); his grandchildren, Chari Howell (Mike), Charli Rae Gardner, Jenny Douglas, Josh Neff and Cheyenne Gardner; his great grandchildren, Jace, Jazlyn, Ashlyn, Libby, Shayden, Kieara, Daisy, Brooklynn and Bradlie; and his sister Ellen Johnson.

Memorial donations in his honor may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
