She is survived by: her husband Clay Spain of Mattoon, IL; her children, Valerie Dow (John), Ronda Woodrun and Clay Conran Spain Jr.; her granddaughter Blair Tate (Sam); and her great grandchildren, NaKendra, Nasiir, Soloman and Adonis.
