She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrance "Terry" and Elaine McCullough (Hill); and her siblings, Doug, Patrick McCullough and Anna Ingle.

She is survived by: her husband Paul Welton; her daughter Emma Noble (Paul); her brothers, Terry McCullough, Mark McCullough, Paul McCullough, John McCullough and Chris McCullough; and her pet Coca. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the Coles County Animal Shelter.
