He is survived by: his parents, Aaron Eubanks and Kelly Eubanks (Burger); his siblings, Riley Eubanks of Mattoon, IL and Mallory Eubanks of Mattoon, IL; his aunts, Amanda Fitzgerald (Kevin), Emily McKeown and Marjorie Burger (Paula); and his grandparents, Benjamin, Bernadine Eubanks and Charles Vest.
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention.
