She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace C. Douglas and Rosa Mae Douglas (Crispin); her husband James D. Smith; and her siblings, Danny Douglas, Elmer Douglas, Louise Littleton and Beverly Lee.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Douglas (Sherry) of Mattoon, IL; her granddaughter Brittaney Blair (Gabriel) of Mattoon, IL; and her siblings, Pat Brunson of Mattoon, IL, Bill Douglas of Windsor, IL and David Douglas (Ginny) of Windsor, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospice.
