She was predeceased by: her father Jesse Edward. She is survived by: her husband Jamie "Jim" F. Peterson; her daughter Jeri Anne Huckaba (Jim) of Mattoon; her granddaughter J'nai K. Wiley (Cliff) of Sidney, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Henlea A. and Harlan J. Wiley of Sidney, Illinois; her sister Jacque Smith (Paul) of California; and her niece Jessica of California.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 8th Avenue, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
