It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Webb Allen of Mattoon, Illinois, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Paul and Glenna Annalee Renouf (Anthony); her former husband Wayne L. Webb; and her daughter-in-law Maureen Webb. She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Webb (Jamie) of Lexington, SC, Joseph Neal Webb (Patricia), Michael Glenn Webb (Patricia) of Pittsburgh, PA and Linda Ann Upton of Mattoon, IL; her grandchildren, Scott Webb, Mark Webb, Matthew Webb, Joseph Webb, Heather Webb Cremeens, Jeffrey Webb, Eric Webb, Joey Upton and Jimmy Upton; and her siblings, Joseph Harvey Renouf (Susan) of Holly, MI and Janet Johnson of Ocala, FL. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the Mattoon Public Library.
