He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Zike and Marcella Marie Zike (Berlin); and his brother Larry Tutwiler. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Zike of Mattoon, IL; his children, Chad Zike (Christy) of Mattoon, IL, Shane Zike (Katherine) of Mattoon, IL and Sarah Zike of Mattoon, IL; his grandchildren, Addison Zike, Grace Zike, Briggs Whitley, Ayden Zike and Jackson Zike; and his siblings, Wilmetta Osborne, Jerry Zike (Betty), Roger Zike, Steve Zike and Dennis Cowling. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
