He is survived by: his spouse Rebeca Saldana; and his children, Rigo Cisneros (Carmen), Victor Cisneros, Emma Cisneros, Sandra Ross (Ben), Frank Adams Jr., Kobe Cardwell, Myles Ross, Ben Ross III, David Pearcy (Megan) and Dottie Tenorio (Jose).
