He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Hernandez and Amparo Hernandez (Castañeda); and his brother Hector Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Hernandez of Mattoon, IL; and his children, Kattie Ann Hernandez of Mattoon, IL, Angello Hernandez of Mattoon, IL, Alie Cole of Boston, MA and Stephen Hernandez of San Berardino.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his honor may be given to The Haven, 1812 Western Avenue, Mattoon, IL 61938.
