She is survived by: her sons, Robert Boyd (Carla) and Andre Boyd; her brothers, Walter Upshaw and Arthur; her grandchildren, Brian Duren, DeShawn McCollum, Zachary Tate and Cydney Boyd; and her great grandchildren, Brian Duren, Jr., DeMari Duren, Kamahni McCollum, Malachi Tate and Brianna Duren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Leak & Sons Funeral Home (3501 Lincoln Hwy, Matteson, IL 60443). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
