He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walker and Eleanor Walker (Wilde); and his brother-in-law Richard Dickson (Sharon). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Walker (Dickson); his sons, John R. Walker (Karina), Kevin Walker (Kelly), Brian Walker (Kristen) and Scott Walker (Claire); his sister Cynthia Kovie (Ken); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Walker, Charlotte Walker, Noah Walker, Henrik Walker, Sullivan Walker, Jude Walker, Finley Walker, Rhys Walker, Beckett Walker and George Walker; and his nieces, Kelly Kopczyk (Kris) and Stacey Carlson (Jeff).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society or Veteran Affairs would be greatly appreciated.
