It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard G. Cameron of Mason, Illinois, born in Union, Illinois, who passed away on May 25, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Cameron and Elma Cameron (Blair); his brothers, Leonard Cameron and Robert Mitchell (BJ); and his daughter-in-law Nancy Cameron (Stumborg).

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cameron of Mason; his children, David Cameron (Louise) of Heyworth, Peggy Lister (Tony) of Salem, Dale Cameron (Pam) of Battle Lake, MN, Gary Cameron (late Nancy) of Effingham, Jerry Cameron of Effingham and Paul Cameron; his pet Zoe of Little Rock, AR; his sister Barbara Morrison of Stewardson; and his sister-in-law Beth Cameron of Surprise, AZ. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children in St. Louis, MO or the Watson United Methodist Church, Watson.
