She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Roy and Frances Herink (Bybee); and her brother Richard Herink. She is survived by: her husband Neil Swartzbaugh of Mason, IL; her children, Jason Swartzbaugh of Chicago, IL and Nicci Worthey (Mike) of Louisville, IL; her stepdaughter Michelle Quinones of Canton, IL.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Antman (Kyle) of Highland Park, IL, Lauren Guerra (Joe) of Algonquin, IL, Andrew Worthey of Washington, MO, Hannah Davenport (Derek) of Clarksville, MO, Kate Quinones of Canton and Lilly Quinones of Canton Il; and her great grandchildren, Adelyn Antman, Joseph Guerra Jr., Layla Davenport, Ezra Davenport and Isla Davenport.

Memorials may be made in Patricia's memory to either Sew Nifty Sisterhood Quilt Guild in Flora or Crisis Nursery of Effingham County.
