With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Traub of Mason, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on April 30, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Traub and Mabel Traub (Heiden); and his brothers, Steven Traub and Dennis Traub. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Traub of Mason; his children, Tonni Micklautz (Michael) of Louisville, Justin Traub (Tammy) of Mason and Jennifer Billingsley (Kevin) of Mason; his grandchildren, Nathan Micklautz, Stetsen Traub, Abigail Micklautz, Clayten Traub, Matthew Billingsley and Elizabeth Billingsley; and his brother David Traub (Joyce) of Effingham.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lutheran Care Center of Altamont, or the St. John's Lutheran Church.
