Webster (Heidbreder); his sons, Loren "Cowboy" Webster and John Tipsword; his brother Charles Webster; his daughter-in-law Tina Webster; his brother-in-law Glen Fulk; his grandchildren, Kale Black, Stacia Hollinshead, Lillian Rose Webster and Will Dust; and his great grandchildren, Trevor Webster, Mya Hollinshead and Isabella Marie Barth.
He is survived by: his children, Howard Dean Webster Jr. of Edgewood, Frank Webster (Sarah) of Mason, Emery Webster (Robin) of Annapolis, Paul Webster of Edgewood, Mathew Webster of Iuka, Philip Webster (Shannon) of Effingham, Illinois, Maria McClellen (Gary) of Neoga, Erma Black (Jim Case) of Iuka, Ann Hollinshead (John) of Dieterich, Alta Long (Randy) of Tuscola, Lauri Dunn (Brian) of Neoga and Rosa Dust (Tim) of Watson, Illinois; his stepchildren, Cynthia Carter of Arthur, Sheryl Perez (Trinidad) of Arthur and Kennan Smith (Lori) of Houston, Texas; his sisters, Doris Kuhlman (Jack) of Mason, Viola and Margaret Washburn (Gary) of Effingham, Illinois; and his great great grandchild Jaedyn Hill. He is also survived by 14 step grandchildren, 12 step great-grandchildren.
