He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Quandt-Evans (Tony); his grandchildren, Aidan, Elise and Bennett Evans; his children, Mason Head and Larissa Hutchings; his sister Sandra Kay Otterson (Jon); his nieces and nephews, Tina Marie Riggle (Dave) and Lynn Otterson Woodard (Brian); his daughter Mindy Lee Healy (Shane); his sister-in-law Peggy Lee Quandt (Beccue); his niece Jennifer Lynn Wendling (Kevin); his nephews, Sean Mackin and Ryan Mackin (Michelle); his siblings, Larry Quandt and Karen Mackin; and his nephew Eddie Dean Buzzard (Sandy).
