He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Warner and Emma Warner (Stroup); his wife Vivian Warner; his siblings, Harold Warner, Bessie Bishop, Ruby Clough, Thelma Overbeck and Louise Bushue; and his son-in-law Randy Hilligoss.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Warner (Brenda) of Effingham, Raymond Warner (Cindy) of Effingham, Ramona Taylor (Michael) of Bowling Green and Rhonda Hilligoss of Effingham; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Juston, Andrew, Kara, Alisha, Heather and Megan. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may go to Mason Christian Church, Crossroads Cancer Center, or the donor's choice.
