Buening (Mason, Illinois), born in Teutopolis, Illinois, who passed away on September 15, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Esker and Mary "Millie" Esker (Schniederjan); her son William; her sister Barbara Burford; and her grandson Elijah Buening.
She is survived by: her husband George Buening of Mason; her children, Christopher Buening of Mason, Michael Buening (Jenny) of Tolono, Jonathan Buening (Aubrey) of Homer, Ann Buening of Mason, David Buening of Watson, Joshua Buening (Erin) of Effingham and Caleb Buening (Amanda) of Charleston; her siblings, Carolyn Carmichael, Ron Esker (Pam), Howard Esker (Connie), Richard Esker (Jeanette), JoEllen Bretz (Mick), Paul Esker (Emma), Cindy Murdock, Tony Esker (Janet) and Fred Esker (Kathy); and her brother-in-law Gerald "Smokie" Burford. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
