He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ratliff and Bertha Jane Ratliff (Craig); and his siblings, Garland Ratliff, Vernon Ratliff, Charles Ratliff, Loren Ratliff, Greg Ratliff, Lucille Holler, Helen Peters, Ella Losey, Pat Robertson and Joyce Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Nannen; his children, Mark Ratliff (Shanna) of Mason City and Michele McKinney (Mike) of Mason City; his grandchildren, Isabella, Ava, Madelyn, Drake and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Carter and Cade; and his sisters, Barb Fink (John) of Pekin and Kate Garrett (Gene) of Springfield, IL..
