She was predeceased by: her parents, William Messersmith and Charolette Messersmith; her husband Junior Everett Blane; and her siblings, Eugene Messersmith, William Messersmith, Lucille Mehochko, LaVerne Messersmith, Wilbur Messersmith and Dorothy Messersmith.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Lynn (Frank), June Bair (Gary), Jim Blane (Melanie), Lisa Baynard and Lori McDonald (Steve); her siblings, Mary Bender and Merle Messersmith; and her sister-in-law Mary Dennis. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hurley Funeral Home - Mason City (603 E Chestnut St, Mason City, IL 62664). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Mason City Cemetery.
