She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Schoonover and Ida "Joyce" Fletcher Schoonover; her husband Rocky Benshoff Sr.; her granddaughter Autumn Faye Benshoff; and her brother-in-law Wes Griffin.

She is survived by: her children, Sara Benshoff of Mason City, Rocky Benshoff, Jr. (Jessica) of Franklin, KY, Jacob Benshoff of Lincoln and Michael Benshoff (Felicity) of Virden; her children-in-law, Kayla Benshoff of Lincoln and Michael Bellville of Mason City; and her siblings, Patty Griffin of Bloomington, Ronnie Schoonover (Debbie) of Mason City and Kevin Schoonover (Vickie) of Ashland. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
