She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Osborn Sr.; her children, Donald Osborn, Jr. (Felicia) of Mason City, Gregory Osborn (Jo Lynn) of Mason City and Jennifer Bizarri (Ryan) of Geneseo; her sister Eileen Curry of Mason City; her grandchildren, Olivia Osborn, Abigale Leamon (Brayden), Phillip Osborn and Taylor Bizarri; and her great grandchild Stella Leamon.
The family request memorial contributions in Carolyn's honor be made to the Mason City United Methodist Church.
