He was predeceased by: his son Brandt Kelsey; and his brother Ronnie. He is survived by: his daughter Jillian Kelsey of Mason City, IL.; his grandchildren, Sabrina of Mason City, IL., Deacon of Mason City, IL. and Paxton of Mason City, IL.; and his siblings, Janice Stone, Connie LaBaw, Carolyn Caldwell, Mike Kelsey and Joyce Culler.
