He was predeceased by: his father Curtis L. (Doris J.); and his stepson Scott Russell. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Rebecca Orf (Kyle), Aimee Vallero, Jared Smith (Julie), Lindsey Mammen (Andrew) and Evan Smith; his grandchildren, Hannah Vallero, Carson, Clayton Smith, Taylor and Cole Mammen; his sister Peggy Smith (Frank); and his pet Maggie.
