With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert C Gottschammer of Mascoutah, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ralph A. (LaVeda M.); and his sisters, Jacklyn Gottschammer and Ruby Jolene Becker (Virgil). He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Gottschammer; his children, Jeremy Gottschammer (Chrissy) and Jennifer Gamerdinger (Guy); his grandchildren, Devin and Addison Gottschammer; his siblings, Ralph "Butch" Gottschammer (Sandra) and Donna Kay Holyfield; and his brother-in-law John Stein. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
