He is survived by: his parents, Michael J. (Marianne L.) and Hougland, Sr.; his wife Patricia A.; his children, Lenzi and Clae Hougland; his parents-in-law, Shannon and Carolyn Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Deana Hatfield (Stan), Tina Schulte and Shannon Williams, Jr. (Sandra). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of all other gifts, memorials may be made to the family.
