Smith, Jr. of Belleville, IL and Douglas Smith (Adrienne) of Mascoutah; his grandchildren, Dr. Amber Kozlowski (Matthew), Robert Smith, Michael Smith (Angela), Doug Smith (Suzan) and Codi Smith; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Liam, Aayla Smith, Gwendolyn Jones, Shaun, Andrew, Adam Kozlowski, Lincoln, Genevieve and Archer Smith; and his siblings, Doris Shirk, Christine Smith, George, Ronald Smith and Alan Smith (Kim).
