He was predeceased by: his father William (Estelle). He is survived by: his children, Mary Flannery of Bloomington and Frank Flannery (Mickie) of Waterloo; his grandson Kristian Flannery; his stepgrandchildren, Devin Henderson (Kyle) and Paige Stumpf; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Archer and Max Henderson. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
