She was predeceased by: her father Paul (Flora); her great grandchild Samantha Middendorf; her son-in-law Leroy Middendorf; her friend Clarence Hundelt; and her siblings, Bernice Johnson, Evelyn Herzing, Clyde and Ray Kuklinski.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Middendorf of Fayetteville, IL and Thomas Rehmer of Fayetteville, IL; her grandchildren, Kenneth Middendorf (Susan), Heather Sundar (Murali), Alicia Morgan (Andrew), Andrea Rehmer and Joshua Rehmer; and her sister-in-law Verna Kuklinski. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
