Carmel, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Dawn Synler, Ed Mason, Ryan Vogel, Sarahlynn Pearman, Aaron Vogel, Hunter Vogel, Korey Blunk, Christy Earl, Beth Fornshell, Amy Lynch and Angela Hoock.
