She is survived by: her children, John Blake (Lisi) of Vandalia, IL and Maria Jones (Roger) of Collinsville, IL; her grandchildren, Heather (Chris), Charles, Dominique, Shelby and Joey; and her great grandchild Luka. She is also survived by siblings, nieces and nephews.
