With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carla Ann Caskey of Mascoutah, Illinois, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on November 28, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Elwin "Carl" (Judy Ann); her brother Elwin "Buddy" Brand; and her nephew Timothy Brand. She is survived by: her children, Amie Messerly (Andrew), Jeffrey Hicks and Stephanie Hicks (Matthew Stangle); her grandchildren, Faith Shifflet (Tyler), Orion Messerly, Bailey Shaw, Blain Stangle and Kyra Thomas; her great grandchildren, Miles, MaCenzie, Dawson and Destinee; and her brothers, Robert Brand (Karolyn) and Dennis Brand.
