He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Theresa; his grandson Alexander Zimmermann; his siblings, Herbert, Robert Forsyth and Evelyn Turner; his father-in-law Edwin Haas (Alvina); and his siblings-in-law, Earl Haas (Charlotte), Charles Haas and Sandy Haas.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Thomas Forsyth (Tammy), Brian Forsyth (Donna), Christine McClean and Kimberly Zimmermann (Jason); his grandchildren, Courtney Forsyth (Jordan), Lindsey Combs, Nathan Forsyth, Alyssa Forsyth (Kyle), Clayton Forsyth, Brianne Wittnebel (Austin), Miranda Dickson (Stacey), Megan Lyle, Ashley and Cody Zimmermann; his great grandchildren, Ayden and Kyrie; and his brother-in-law Leon Haas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
