He was predeceased by: his father Brian A. Spencer; and his grandmother Patricia Bodewes. He is survived by: his mother Bernadine Bodewes-Wagganer (Greg); his daughter Amilea Spencer; the parent of his child Audrea Mitchell; his daughters, Ellie and Ever Spencer; the parent of his children Kelsey Spencer; his sister Hope Spencer; his grandfather Paul Bodewes; and his uncles, Matthew and Michael Bodewes.
